Luxury Coastal Living
If you live near the sea, you can consider yourself very lucky. Waterfront homes are generally a commodity because there is only so much coastline with a limited number of available waterfront home sites. There are no homes with a Gulf View in Wellen Park because the Gulf of Mexico is 4 miles away. However, your new home can come with a stunning lake or pond view.

It's not always better in the Bahamas
When you look from far away, the grass on the other side often seems to look a little greener. However, have a closer look at the Wellen Park Communities and you will find out that that maybe an illusion.
Gulf Coast: Where the Sea Meets the Sky
Some of the most magnificent beaches are littered along the Gulf Coast. The beaches offer frequent sights of bottle nose dolphins, majestic pelicans, and manatees, and every beach is truly unique.
Sarasota County is home to beaches that include the award-winning Siesta Key, renowned for its soft white sands. Further south is Venice Beach, a perfect place for sharks' teeth hunting, while Manasota Key is a place where you can escape to find some quiet time.
Four beaches are on Manasota Key, and each one has its unique features. The State Park Beach is for nature lovers. No entertainment unless you let the dolphins and pelicans entertain you. Englewood Beach (also known as "Chadwick Beach") is for people, who need some "action." Bars, restaurants, jet ski and boat rental places are close by.
The Middle Beach is quieter. There are no eateries or bars in vicinity of this beach. The same applies to Manasota Beach, but this beach is the only one on the key with lifeguards on duty. If you like an extra layer of security, that is the beach where you want to be.
